Hiring For 10th Pass Freshers - Ramp Supervisor

We are looking for a Ramp Supervisor to join our team in Asansol, India. This entry-level position is suitable for freshers who have completed their 10th grade. The Ramp Supervisor will oversee operations on the ramp to ensure safe and efficient handling of cargo.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Ramp Operations: Oversee all activities on the ramp, including loading and unloading of aircraft. Ensure procedures are followed for safety and efficiency.

2. Team Coordination: Work closely with ground staff, including loaders and safety officers, to ensure a smooth workflow. Communicate effectively to keep everyone informed about tasks and safety protocols.

3. Ensure Safety Compliance: Monitor safety procedures on the ramp and report any safety issues immediately. Promote a culture of safety and vigilance among team members.

4. Report Management: Keep accurate records of daily operations, including any incidents or delays. Prepare reports for management to support decision-making.
