Hiring For Quality Executive

We are seeking a Quality Executive to join our team in Shillong. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in quality assurance and a strong understanding of quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor Quality Standards: Regularly check products and processes to ensure they meet internal and external quality standards.

- Conduct Inspections: Perform inspections and tests on materials and finished products to identify any defects or areas for improvement.

- Document Findings: Keep detailed records of inspections and tests, documenting any issues and reporting them to management.

- Implement Improvement Plans: Collaborate with relevant teams to create and implement improvement plans based on quality findings.

- Provide Training: Assist in training staff on quality standards and procedures to ensure everyone understands the importance of quality in their work.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a strong background in quality assurance.

- Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma or ISO standards, is essential.

- Strong analytical skills are necessary to assess quality issues and recommend improvements.

- Excellent communication skills are required to effectively report findings and collaborate with team members.

- A detail-oriented mindset is crucial for identifying issues and implementing successful quality control measures.
