Quality Engineer

Responsibility:

Visual and technical check of RM at the entry for the physical and chemical test against the RMTC

Surveillance and Monitoring of the fabrication, welding, inspection & testing and NDT activities by verifying the parameter as per the approved internal or external MQP

Preparation and Verification of dimensional reports for the components in Fit-up, after fabrication, welding or painting

Interacting with all departments in each entity throughout the phases of the project to ensure that quality requirements are met

Coordination and maintaining 5S on the shop floor

Monitor, review and take action on the preparation and compiling of QC documents for final FTR and co-ordinate with Internal Quality Manager for the final approval
