CERTIFICATION FROM BHADANIS INSTITUTE OR NICMAR IS PREFFERED

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Test Planning**: Develop comprehensive test plans to ensure that products meet quality standards and customer expectations.

2. **Execution of Tests**: Conduct various types of tests on products, including functional, regression, and performance testing to identify issues.

3. **Defect Tracking**: Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.

4. **Quality Audits**: Participate in quality audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality processes and standards.

5. **Collaboration**: Work closely with product development teams to provide feedback and assist in resolving quality-related issues.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess at least a graduate degree and demonstrate a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies. Attention to detail and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with others in a team environment.
