Purchase Executive - Full Time

We are seeking a Purchase Executive to join our dynamic team in Pimpri Chinchwad. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement and a diploma in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady flow of materials and services. This includes regular communication to address any issues or negotiate terms.

- Purchase Order Processing: Create and manage purchase orders efficiently, ensuring all details are accurate and comply with company policies. This involves tracking orders from placement to delivery.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about current prices, trends, and reliable suppliers. This knowledge will help in making informed purchasing decisions.

- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations. This includes coordinating with other departments to forecast needs effectively.

- Cost Analysis: Analyze costs and find ways to reduce expenses without compromising quality. The goal is to maximize efficiency in the purchasing process.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of procurement processes and basic negotiation skills. Attention to detail is crucial, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
