Job Responsibilities:

Procure raw materials, packaging, and consumables for QSR operations.

Identify and manage vendors, negotiate prices & terms.

Ensure timely purchasing and delivery as per store & kitchen requirements.

Maintain stock levels, avoid shortages and overstocking.

Check quality, quantity, and compliance with food safety standards.

Process purchase orders, GRN, bills, and maintain purchase records.

Coordinate with stores, central kitchen, and accounts team.

Monitor daily / weekly consumption and control food cost.
