Job Description

 source and procure raw materials and components such as aluminium foils, pp films,

metallized films, epoxy resins, terminals, cans, bushings, oils, and other

electrical/mechanical items used in capacitor producƟon.

 idenƟfy, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers for materials and services.

 obtain and compare quotaƟons, negoƟate terms, and issue purchase orders in line

with company procedures.

 coordinate with producƟon, engineering, and quality departments to understand

material requirements and ensure specificaƟons are met.

 follow up on orders to ensure on-Ɵme delivery and manage supplier performance.

 maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier details, and pricing history.

 assist in cost-reducƟon iniƟaƟves through vendor consolidaƟon, alternaƟve

sourcing, and value engineering.

 handle procurement of machinery spare parts, consumables, and maintenance

items for producƟon equipment.

 work closely with the stores and accounts departments for grn, invoice processing,

and payment follow-up.

 support internal and external audits related to procurement.
