Job description: Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering construction and infrastructure projects in Jaipur. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and cost parameters.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and government authorities.

Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.

Foster collaboration across teams and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field; masters degree.

3-4 years of project management experience in construction or infrastructure projects.

Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in urban environments.

Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Work Environment

Combination of office-based planning and on-site supervision.
