Job Description

 project planning, monitoring, co-ordination, reporting.

 co-ordination for design and drawings with architects, consultants, contractors for multi-disciplinary engineering.

 co-ordinate during detailed engineering, procurement and construction phases.

 prepare budgetary cost estimates, fund flow statements

 invite and evaluate tenders for works contracts

 short-list vendors, issue enquiries, evaluate quotations for construction material, process equipment, and utility systems.

 co-ordination for civil, structural, mepf works.

 bills certification.

 the candidate should be well versed with ms office (especially excel, word, power point, outlook and internet), project management software (msp / primavera), and cad and revit. knowledge of bim shall be an added advantage.
