Co-ordinate during detailed engineering, procurement and construction phases. Prepare budgetary cost estimates, Fund flow statements Invite and evaluate tenders for works contracts Short-list vendors, issue enquiries, evaluate quotations for construction material, process equipment, and utility systems. Co-ordination for civil, structural, MEPF works. Bills certification. The candidate should be well versed with MS office (especially excel, word, power point, outlook and Internet), project management software (MSP / Primavera), and CAD and Revit. Knowledge of BIM shall be an added advantage.
