Duties and Responsibilities:

Research

- Researching relevant software purchases according to the process

Coordination

- Coordinating with Software companies for overall utilization & implementation of software

- Coordinating with internal departments, understanding & evaluating their functional requirements in the Software

Installation & Training

- Developing and outlining the objectives, scope, and timeline of softwares. This involves creating a clear roadmap and setting specific goals for the software's success.

- Getting all the departments requirements processed by the Software company in an efficient manner

- Installing, upgrading, and managing software on company devices.

- Providing staff with training on how to use software.

- Ensuring overall smooth implementation

Enhancement & Development

- Monitoring the software's performance and evaluating its impact against predetermined metrics. Preparing regular reports and assessments to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Addressing any challenges or issues that arise during the software's implementation, and finding practical solutions to ensure the software stays on track

- Identifying opportunities for process enhancement and implementing best practices to optimize software outcomes.

Formalities

- Managing all software licensing.

- Evaluating software security practices & ensuring it's application

- Performing backups and restoring lost data as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer technology, or a similar field.

- At least two years experience as an Program coordinator or related role.

- Expertise in IT tools and concepts, such as operating systems and internet protocol suites.

- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel.
