Job Description

1. ensure 100 % safety of self & others by following the imerys safety guidelines/ culture.

2. ensure all the machineries are well operated & maintained like transfer pumps, screens of different sizes, conveyor belt,

hoist etc.

3. ensure quality parameters are maintained & monitored throughout the shift operation in coordination with the shift

incharge.

4. ensure good overall plant housekeeping & 5s practices.

5. regular participation in ehs & improvement initiatives.

6. maintaining good working relationships with colleagues.

7. punctuality & good attendance records to be maintained.

ensure 100 % contribution in the preventive & breakdown maintenance as per plan in coordination with the maintenance

team.

- participation in all kinds of cross functional activities like safety, qc, logistic, 5s etc.

- handling shift in absence of sr. operator or shift incharge.
