1. Ensure 100 % safety of self & others by following the Imerys Safety guidelines/ culture.2. Ensure all the machineries are well operated & maintained like Transfer pumps, Screens of different sizes, conveyor belt,hoist etc.3. Ensure quality parameters are maintained & monitored throughout the shift operation in coordination with the ShiftIncharge.4. Ensure good overall plant housekeeping & 5S practices.5. Regular participation in EHS & Improvement initiatives.6. Maintaining good working relationships with colleagues.7. Punctuality & good attendance records to be maintained.Ensure 100 % contribution in the preventive & breakdown maintenance as per plan in coordination with the maintenanceteam.- Participation in all kinds of cross functional activities like SAFETY, QC, Logistic, 5S etc.- Handling shift in absence of Sr. Operator or Shift Incharge.
