Job Description

production planning and execution: lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all production activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective output while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols.

- quality assurance: ensure adherence to quality standards, implement quality control measures, and conduct regular inspections and audits.

- team leadership: lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production staff and engineers, and conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

- inventory management: oversee inventory management of raw materials and work-in-progress (wip), ensuring accurate tracking and minimizing waste.

- customer satisfaction: meet customer expectations, handle customer complaints, and ensure timely delivery of products.

- process improvement: identify opportunities for process improvement, implement changes, and monitor results to optimize production efficiency.

- cost management: manage production costs, optimize resource utilization, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

- certifications and compliance: maintain certifications such as iso/iatf, ohsas, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
