Production Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all production activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective output while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, implement quality control measures, and conduct regular inspections and audits.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production staff and engineers, and conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
