Production Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all production activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective output while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols.- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, implement quality control measures, and conduct regular inspections and audits.- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production staff and engineers, and conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management of raw materials and work-in-progress (WIP), ensuring accurate tracking and minimizing waste.- Customer Satisfaction: Meet customer expectations, handle customer complaints, and ensure timely delivery of products.- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement changes, and monitor results to optimize production efficiency.- Cost Management: Manage production costs, optimize resource utilization, and implement cost-saving initiatives.- Certifications and Compliance: Maintain certifications such as ISO/IATF, OHSAS, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Candidate should have knowledge of operating Inspection Instruments, Inspection of sheet metal parts, Layout Inspection, First Piece/ Last Piece and Inprocess inspection. Candidate should have understanding of 4M Change, 5S, Poka Yoke, Kaizen etc.

Educate the operator about Kaizen, Shop Floor Losses, and Poke Yoke etc. Production planning, manpower planning, scheduling To ensure that all necessary aids to the production are available for smooth functioning of the Weld shop (Man, Machine, Method &Material) Ensuring safety measures in day to day working in the department. To initiate Kaizen activities in the department. Maintaining 5-S and to Train, Guide and Motivate personnel along with maintaining discipline on shop floor.

1 To ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. 2 Responsible the reports , Scrap ratiio, OEE, Top three defect anylsis and Action plan for quality and productivity improvement. 3 Responsible for improvement practices like 5S, Kaizen and POKA-YOKE in shop floor to improve productivity. 4 Overseeing production processes, planning and organizing production schedules. 5 To plan, execute and follow up the production activities, planning strategically to enhance productivity, by making optimum use of the available resources. 6 Forecasting the requirement of the production in order to achieve the production target. 7 Improving the productivity level of the workers on continuous basis by workmens training. 8 Determine the human and material resources required. 9 Prepare and maintaining Monthly, Weekly and Daily Production Plan as per requirement. 10 Rejection analysis on daily basis and take corrective action to reduce the rejection % percentage. 11 Monitoring Planed Production V/S Achieved Production along with rejection data. 12 Manpower Planning according to plan received from PPC. 13 Ensure safety and 5` S on shop floor.
