role: production manager / manufacturing lead

location: noida

department : factory operations (manufacturing)

responsibilities :

- develop and implement growth strategies that align with organizational goals, enhancing overall productivity.

- identify new opportunities within production and manufacturing to optimize operational capacity and reduce costs.

- analyse production capabilities to recommend innovations in processes or products.

- plan and execute production schedules to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.

- ensure optimal utilization of resources, equipment, and workforce for seamless manufacturing operations.

- drive efficiency improvements through lean manufacturing, six sigma, or similar methodologies.

- monitor compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations, maintaining high operational standards.

- build a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across teams.

- present growth plans, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

- drive cost efficiency across operations while maintaining service quality.

- oversee and maintain accurate inventory and financial documentation to support growth-focused decision-making.

experience:

- minimum 8-10 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or business strategy roles.

- demonstrated success in leading growth initiatives in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

- proficiency in erp systems, supply chain software, and inventory management tools.

- should have proven experience in production and manufacturing unit on a larger scale

- certifications in apics, six sigma, or lean manufacturing are advantageous.
