Job Role & Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns
with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
Product Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements,
prioritize features, and create detailed product roadmaps.
Product Development: Work closely with sourcing teams, vendors engineering and design
teams to oversee the development process from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality and
timely delivery.
Product Certification: Coordinate product certifications and compliance.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research, customer interviews, and competitive
analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
Pricing Strategy: Set pricing strategy and coordinate with sales and finance for margin
management.
Launch and Go-to-Market: Develop go-to-market strategies and lead the launch of new
products, ensuring effective positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
Performance Monitoring: Define and track key product metrics, gather customer feedback, and
use data to iterate and optimize product performance.
Education, Experience & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent
experience preferred.
Experience: 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in the power industry.
Required Product Experience: Must have experience with Inverters (Ongrid, Hybrid,
Offgrid), Solar Modules, and Li-Ion Battery.
Demonstrated Success: Success in launching and growing innovative products, coupled with a
deep understanding of product management best practices.
Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

They hold a Bachelors degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering, and preferably an MBA. They have successfully managed and launched solar products such as inverters, solar modules, and Li-Ion batteries. With strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of customer needs, they build clear product strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality product delivery from concept to launch.
