Job Description:-

1. After receiving the files from inward department he/she will be responsible for performing the define process for subsidy work Central or state Gov. both

2. Documents checking process, prepare pending documents list and submit to their HOD

3. Prepare the bunch of files client wise and kept it in your record both hardcopy & softcopy.

4. Co-ordinate with clients for pending documents

5. Give visit to outward dept. for documents collection work.

6. After receiving the pending documents, scan all the documents and make folder client wise for office work and save on your system

7. Complete File hand over to team leader for verification.

8. Work for offline / online process

9. Once the database is prepared on Gov. Portal individually, then handover it to team leader for verification.

10. After receiving the approval from team leader upload documents and submit application on portal

11. Provide status and updates to client related to their file, work and resolve their queries.

12. Keep in touch with clients for any clarification regarding the documents & other legal things

13. Tracking the record & update field executives on regular basis for completing the allocated tasks

14. Any other tasks assign based on business need

Required Key Skills:-

1. Good communications skills both written & verbal

2. Ability to listen and active problem solving skills

3. Must have basic knowledge of system & tools

4. Ability to handle pressure & Proficient in Microsoft Office

5. Flexible & Strong grasping power
