key responsibilities and duties
1. process management and documentation
design & document: create, update, and maintain comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, procedure manuals, and standard operating procedures (sops) for various business functions.
implementation: oversee the successful rollout and adoption of new or modified processes across relevant departments.
training: develop and deliver training materials and sessions to employees on new and existing processes to ensure understanding and compliance.
2. monitoring and optimization
performance tracking: monitor key process performance indicators (kpis) to assess efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to established standards.
analysis & improvement: identify process gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for automation or improvement. recommend and implement corrective actions.
quality assurance: conduct periodic audits and reviews of existing processes to ensure continued compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
3. coordination and communication
cross-functional liaison: act as the primary coordinator between departments (., sales, operations, it) to facilitate seamless process integration and communication.
issue resolution: manage process-related queries, concerns, and issues, working with stakeholders to find effective solutions promptly.
stakeholder reporting: prepare regular reports on process performance, improvement initiatives, and compliance status for management.
