lead calling new & old

lead generation

responding to incoming & outgoing phone calls

co-ordination with internal as well as external customers / clients, cold calling

proper record & data maintenance of client

coordination with sales team

timely follow up and review.

generation of customers site visit

prepare & share daily, weekly & monthly reports

post visit customer satisfaction survey

immediate data updating in the software

visit to other sites & share the competitor analysis report (online)

mis report & goal sheet

maintain database of clients for cold calling, references

min qualification: graduate

relevant exp required: 6 months to 1 yr

total exp: 0-2 yrs
