Lead Calling New & Old

Lead Generation

Responding to Incoming & Outgoing phone calls

Co-ordination with internal as well as external customers / clients, Cold calling

Proper Record & Data maintenance of client

Coordination with sales team

Timely Follow Up and Review.

Generation of customers Site Visit

Prepare & share Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports

Post visit Customer satisfaction survey

Immediate Data updating in the software

Visit to other sites & share the Competitor analysis report (Online)

MIS Report & Goal sheet

Maintain Database of clients for cold calling, references

Min Qualification: Graduate

Relevant Exp Required: 6 months to 1 yr

Total Exp: 0-2 yrs
