Roles & Responsibilities Presales Executive:

Lead Calling €“ New & Old

€¢ Lead Generation

€¢ Responding to Incoming & Outgoing phone calls

€¢ Co-ordination with internal as well as external customers / clients, Cold calling

€¢ Proper Record & Data maintenance of client

€¢ Coordination with sales team

€¢ Timely Follow Up and Review.

€¢ Generation of customers Site Visit

€¢ Prepare & share Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports

€¢ Post visit Customer satisfaction survey

€¢ Immediate Data updating in the software

€¢ Visit to other sites & share the Competitor analysis report (Online)

€¢ MIS Report & Goal sheet

€¢ Maintain Database of clients for cold calling, references

€¢ Min Qualification: Graduate

€¢ Relevant Exp Required: 6 months to 1 yr

€¢ Total Exp: 0-2 yrs
