We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations in Indore. The role involves managing client communication through calls, WhatsApp, and emails, ensuring smooth coordination and timely follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating data in Excel/CRM systems, scheduling meetings, preparing daily reports, and tracking payment status.
In this role, you will also handle customer queries efficiently and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, along with basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools. Good organizational skills, the ability to multitask, a problem-solving mindset, and strong team coordination abilities are essential for this role.
