About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and analytical PLC Programmer to design, program, simulate, and commission automated control systems. You will be responsible for taking industrial automation projects from concept to final execution, ensuring our systems run safely and at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Logic & Control Programming: Write, debug, and optimize PLC logic using Ladder Diagrams (LD), Structured Text (ST), or Function Block Diagrams (FBD).

* HMI / SCADA Integration: Develop intuitive operator interfaces (HMI) and SCADA screens for real-time monitoring and machine control.

* Hardware Setup & Protocols: Configure and integrate variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo drives, sensors, and communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).

* On-Site Commissioning: Test, debug, and troubleshoot control software and panel wiring during shop testing and site deployment.

* Documentation: Prepare IO lists, functional design specifications (FDS), and operation manuals.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience Requirements

* Professional Experience: Minimum 0-2 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial control systems.
