Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the schedule: Organize and maintain the employer's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
2. Screen calls and emails: Filter and prioritize incoming calls and emails, responding on behalf of the employer when necessary.
3. Take notes and minutes: Record and transcribe meeting minutes, ensuring accurate documentation of important discussions.
4. Assist with correspondence: Draft, edit, and proofread emails, letters, and other documents on behalf of the employer.
5. Handle travel arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
6. Maintain records: Keep track of important documents, files, and records, ensuring they are easily accessible when needed.
7. Provide administrative support: Assist with other tasks as needed, such as filing documents, organizing files, and managing office supplies.
Required Skills and Expectations:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with the employer and external contacts.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
