personal assistant responsibilities:
• handle office and outdoor work
• planning/organizing/structuring various task.
• coordination with suppliers or vendors relating to purchase.
• organize, operate and maintain filing system & data management
• should be good in planning & scheduling meetings.
• excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize assigned work
• coordinating with factory staff and travel to factory as per requirement
• drafting & vetting of various legal documents, license agreement etc.
• should be able to do multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines.
• should be good in excel, email drafting
• well versed with personal assistant or secretary work.

personal assistant requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
• experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as ms word, excel, and powerpoint.
• advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
• ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
• working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
• proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as ms outlook, as well as call forwarding.
• excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• exceptional interpersonal skills.
