Responsibilities include:
Preparing Salary Registers having validated Attendance / Leave / days worked during the particular period for a New Hire / hold cases due to Resignation etc. ;
Ensuring Investment Declaration is submitted by respective employees under tax bracket and documents are uploaded with time limits;
Managing payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner;
Maintaining payout information and resolving any discrepancies;
Timely Registers - Salary / Full and Final Payment / Gratuity / TDS / Returns of PF, ESI is forwarded to Accounts, and payments are made within the specified time.
Preparing Cost Analysis reports as required
Requirements:
Knowledge of employment laws & statutory requirements;
Good Interpersonal skills;
Ability to communicate professionally;
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Detail-oriented, organized and meticulous.
