Payroll Executive

We are seeking a Payroll Executive to manage the payroll process for our employees in the food industry @ Baddi Himachal Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong understanding of payroll operations, compliance, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.

Maintain and update employee payroll records.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.

Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues related to employee compensation.

Prepare payroll reports for management and regulatory authorities.

Coordinate with the finance department for fund transfers related to payroll.

Assist in the annual audit of payroll records.

Skills and Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the food industry.

Strong knowledge of payroll software (., Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).

Familiarity with Indian labor laws and tax regulations.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
