Outlet Manager - Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations at our location in Nawanshahr Shahid Bhagat Singh Nagar. The ideal candidate should have between 2 to 8 years of relevant experience and a diploma.

As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory levels. You will lead the team to achieve sales goals and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Staff Management: Oversee hiring, training, and scheduling of employees to ensure the outlet runs smoothly. Provide ongoing support to encourage team development and performance.
