overview:
the order execution executive ensures seamless end-to-end order fulfilment by coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners to achieve on-time delivery (otd). this role, part of the supply chain function, focuses on ensuring a positive customer delivery experience through proactive problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
key responsibilities:
• order processing: process new orders as per sops, resolve procurement issues, and escalate as required.
• delivery management: track in-transit orders, handle last-mile delivery issues, manage exceptions, and coordinate returns.
• compliance & reporting: ensure adherence to logistics and trade regulations, manage dg and restricted items, and generate performance reports.
• continuous improvement: identify process gaps, update sops, and maintain strong relationships with 3pl and business partners.
