Overview:
The Order Execution Executive ensures seamless end-to-end order fulfilment by coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners to achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD). This role, part of the supply chain function, focuses on ensuring a positive customer delivery experience through proactive problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Processing: Process new orders as per SOPs, resolve procurement issues, and escalate as required.
• Delivery Management: Track in-transit orders, handle last-mile delivery issues, manage exceptions, and coordinate returns.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to logistics and trade regulations, manage DG and restricted items, and generate performance reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, update SOPs, and maintain strong relationships with 3PL and business partners.
Objectives:
• Act as a subject matter expert in the order delivery lifecycle.
• Problem-solve and ensure operational flow.
• Be accountable for results and drive improvements to enhance OTD performance.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
