Bidding experience on freelancing portals majorly on Upwork (Mandatory), Freelancer, and Guru. Lead generation from email campaign is preferred.

- Candidate must have proposal writing and client handling skills

- Must have achieved targets in his/her previous company

- Candidate must be able to interact with client and convert.

- Understanding and thorough knowledge of trending and new technologies for web and mobile.

- Technically sound. Good communication and writing skills and should be able to chat initially with the client.

- Manage sales pipeline and track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in IT sales industry.

- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing.

- Demonstrated sales success.

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Email Etiquette, Proposal Writing, Follow-up, and Requirement Gathering.

- CRM experience is preferred.
