Maintaining the Reception Area: Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
Providing Customer Service: Addressing visitor inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Assisting with Other Administrative Duties: This can include tasks like data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
Maintaining Security: Managing visitor logs, issuing access badges, and adhering to security protocols.
