Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our team. As a MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects from start to finish. This is an immediate vacancy for a mid-level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Pune, Maharashtra, India and the employment type is full-time.

Qualifications and Skills

4 to 6 years of experience in MEP project management

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and processes

Proven experience in project planning and execution

Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and management abilities

Proficient in project management software and tools

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field

Professional certifications in project management or MEP are preferred

Knowledge of building management systems, plumbing and piping, and structural engineering is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and oversee MEP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all project requirements and objectives are met

Prepare project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and deliverables

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications ar
