Quality Control (QC): Review/mark-up plans, elevations, sections, joinery details, and coordinated MEP/electrical layouts. FF&E/Specs: Oversee room matrices, furniture take-offs, and coordinate with specification packages - confirm fit via CAD against clearances/ergonomics. 3D & Visualization: Set visual standards; review 3D models, materiality, lighting, renders, and virtual walkthroughs for sign-off. Budget & Program: Align specifications to target budgets; sequence deliverables; manage design schedules and revision logs. Knowledge on technical and performance standards to be able toprovide Value Engineered options. Standards & Compliance: Enforce brand standards/ local codes, accessibility norms, and client SOPs; maintain a living standards library. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Interface with Natson Development, and key vendors; support VE (value engineering) without losing intent. People Management: Coach designers with structured reviews, redlines, checklists, and skills development plans.Core Responsibilities Issue and own Design Basis Reports, Material/Finish Schedules, Room Data Sheets, Door/Hardware Schedules, and Mock-up Evaluations. Approve room matrices and FF&E take-offs; ensure Excel trackers are complete, version controlled, and audit-ready. Gatekeep spec software outputs (nomenclature, finishes, codes, warranty notes, fire ratings, installation notes). Validate CAD dimensional fit for all furniture, joinery, and equipment; coordinate with structural/MEP for penetrations and power/data. Direct render/animation pipelines; set scene, camera paths, and review turnarounds for client presentations. Run design risk registers, assumption logs, and change control; keep decisions traceable.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 1012 years of expertise in handling greenfield residential and commercial projects (5 lakh sq. ft. and above). The ideal candidate should have successfully managed at least two large-scale projects from concept to completion, preferably with an International Property Consultant (IPC) or reputed developer.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage design activities with architects and MEP consultants.Oversee and ensure effective architectural design management.Handle MEP coordination and integration with architectural and structural elements.Manage all building approval processes, including MoEF, Pollution Control Board, Municipal, and Fire Department.Interact with clients and other project stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely communication.Prepare and maintain MIS reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly project progress updates.Coordinate with on-site teams for progress monitoring and issue resolution.Conduct progress and design review meetings, draft Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), and circulate effectively among stakeholders.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.Preferred Background:Strong experience in greenfield project management and architectural design coordination.Proven track record in handling multi-disciplinary project teams.Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or similar quality management certification is advantageous. Minimum 7 years of experience in construction, with at least 1 year in a senior QA/QC position. Experience in luxury residential projects, particularly in finishing, fit-out, and MEP works, is highly preferred.;
