As a Medical Representative (MR), you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for building relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical professionals to increase product awareness and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical professionals
Present and demonstrate the value of products effectively
Organize and attend medical conferences, seminars, and trade shows
Keep detailed records of interactions with healthcare professionals and report on sales results
Provide accurate information on products and pricing
Meet sales targets and objectives
Stay updated on medical and pharmaceutical knowledge
Participate in training and development programs
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as Pharmacy, Biology, or a related discipline
Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel and a valid drivers license
