- present scientific information and therapeutic benefits of products to influence prescribing habits ethically and effectively.

- conduct one-on-one meetings, group presentations, and product detailing sessions as per company guidelines.

- achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned for the designated territory.

- ensure effective coverage of the assigned area and maintain a consistent call frequency to all target customers.

- identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.

- maintain a thorough understanding of the territory, including doctors, chemists, stockists, hospitals, and key institutions.

- plan and execute daily work schedules for effective customer coverage and territory management.

- ensure availability of company products across the territory through regular follow-ups with stockists and distributors.

- build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key healthcare professionals.

- provide accurate information on products, dosage, and therapeutic usage while maintaining high ethical standards.

- handle customer queries and complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary.

- collect and report market feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends.

- prepare and submit daily call reports, weekly plans, and expense statements as per company norms.

- provide feedback to the management team on new market opportunities and customer needs.

- ensure proper utilization of promotional materials and samples in alignment with company strategies.

- contribute to brand-building initiatives by maintaining professional decorum and representing the company’s image positively.
