We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager for a Skin care & Personal care brand.

Role: Performance Marketing - Sr. Manager

Exp: 3+ yrs || Location: Sushant Lok 1, Gurgaon

Salary: up to 18 LPA

- Preferred if exp. in D2C platform products brand like beauty / cosmetics

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible to manage all media/performance led digital activities, including planning and execution across Google and Facebook as well as manage the optimization and reporting.

- Create and manage Google Ad campaigns (SEM)

- Create and manage Meta Ads (Social media advertising)

- Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO)

- Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS

- Set up, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns (EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.)

- Creating eye-catching and informative ads as well as continuously implement text ads A/B testing

Desired skills:

- Experience in managing Ad campaigns on Google and Facebook in an e-commerce / D2C platform products brand preferably beauty / cosmetics

- Experience on Meta, Google AdWords or other marketing/media platforms experience a plus

- Understanding of website analytics and comfortable with analysing data from different data sources like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Search Console
