A Marketing Manager in a rotavator or agricultural machinery manufacturing company drives product demand, generates sales-qualified leads, and builds brand loyalty among farmers and dealer networks. Responsibilities combine digital marketing, on-the-ground promotional events, and close collaboration with sales teams.

Core Responsibilities

Dealer & Distributor Support: Create co-marketing materials, product catalogs, and promotional campaigns to help dealers push rotavators and farm implements.

Field Promotions: Plan and execute live product demonstrations, retailer meets, and coordinate participation in agricultural exhibitions and trade shows.

Lead Generation: Manage B2B platforms like IndiaMART and TradeIndia, and run targeted performance marketing campaigns to generate dealer and distributor inquiries.

Market Research: Analyze competitor pricing, regional soil conditions, and customer feedback to optimize go-to-market strategies and product positioning.

Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across print brochures, digital channels, and local advertisements tailored to rural and B2B markets.
