strategic planning

-to define and develop the long-term strategic goals for business development

-to identify new revenue-generation opportunities that enhance and promote organization’s mission and vision statements

financial/business planning and budgeting

-to analyze the progress of revenue-generation goals and make recommendations for adjustments/interventions as required

-to identify opportunities to bid for and acquire new orders

-to participate in proposal preparation as needed

sales, marketing and business development

-to identify opportunities for both marketing and selling organization’s products and services

client relationship management

-to actively manage key relationships with existing and prospective clients
