key responsibilities:
identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets for granite products.
generate and manage leads through online platforms (indiamart, alibaba, linkedin, etc.) and direct outreach.
coordinate with buyers, architects, importers, and distributors to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and follow up on purchase orders.
collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.
maintain client communication and ensure high standards of customer service.
participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and digital marketing initiatives to promote the company’s products globally.
conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.
