researching & recommending relevent exhibition, trade shows & events to participate in.

co-ordinating logistics including stall design, set up etc.

developing & implementing marketing strategies to attract visitors to stalls.

creating engaging content such as brochure, flyers & presentation.

designing & managing visual aspects of the stall including graphics & displays.

collaborating with sales team to ensure effective lead generation & follow up.

managing event budgets & ensuring cost effective participation.

co-ordinating with vendors & suppliers for event material & services.

ensuring on site marketing activities such as product demo & give aways.

collecting visitor data & set up a follow up system.
