Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in generating leads for admissions by planning and executing indoor and outdoor marketing campaigns, organizing events, and supporting digital outreach. Your goal will be to increase visibility and drive admissions through innovative and effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Admissions Support

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive footfall and inquiries for admissions.

Maintain and track lead databases, follow up with prospects, and coordinate with the admissions team for timely conversions.

Attend to walk-ins and nurture inquiries into admissions with warmth and professionalism.

Organize in-house events such as storytelling sessions, parenting workshops, school tours, and fun learning activities to engage prospective parents.

Plan and manage outdoor promotional events like mall kiosks, society activations, park engagements, and local exhibitions.

Build local partnerships with nearby residential communities, schools, and businesses to widen outreach.

Submit weekly reports on leads generated, follow-ups, and campaign outcomes.

Distribute flyers, banners, and marketing materials in nearby areas.
