Responsibilities

€¢ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service as trained by the company

€¢ Enter and update customer information in the database

€¢ Book orders in an accurate manner

€¢ Handle grievances to preserve the company€™s reputation

€¢ Go the €œextra mile€ to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

€¢ Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

€¢ Willing to work in night shift ( to ) Mon to Fri working days, Sat Sun weekly off
