Job Description:

- Good academic record

- Drafting legal documents include pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, contracts, wills, etc.,

- General drafts and applications for the legal cases.

- Strong oral skills are required for court appearances.

- Create memos or reports for sentencing and court hearings

- Perform legal research to determine how the facts of a case interact with current law.

- Maintain and review records/documentation on behalf of the client

- Should have a analytical skills to determine if a case is winnable from the start and advise clients accordingly.
