job description:

- good academic record

- drafting legal documents include pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, contracts, wills, etc.,

- general drafts and applications for the legal cases.

- strong oral skills are required for court appearances.

- create memos or reports for sentencing and court hearings

- perform legal research to determine how the facts of a case interact with current law.

- maintain and review records/documentation on behalf of the client

- should have a analytical skills to determine if a case is winnable from the start and advise clients accordingly.
