We are looking for 2 Junior Advocate Posts in Belapur Navi Mumbai,CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai with deep knowledge in Advocacy,Communication Skills,Legal,Lawyer Activities,Criminal Cases,Criminal Matters,Drafting and Required Educational Qualification is : LLB Job Description:- Good academic record- Drafting legal documents include pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, contracts, wills, etc.,- General drafts and applications for the legal cases.- Strong oral skills are required for court appearances.- Create memos or reports for sentencing and court hearings- Perform legal research to determine how the facts of a case interact with current law.- Maintain and review records/documentation on behalf of the client - Should have a analytical skills to determine if a case is winnable from the start and advise clients accordingly.
