key responsibilities:

 identify and target potential clients in the education, publishing, ed-tech, and corporate training sectors.

 understand client needs and recommend appropriate animation solutions (2d/3d, e- learning modules, explainer videos, etc.).

 pitch and present service offerings through meetings, emails, calls, and video demos.

 build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clients.

 collaborate with the production and creative teams to create customized proposals and pricing models.

 manage end-to-end sales process including lead generation, negotiation, closure, and after-sales support.

 achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company growth strategy.

 stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. requirements:

 minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in the e-learning/animation/creative production industry.

 strong understanding of animation workflows, e-learning content types, and industry deliverables.

 excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

 proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.

 ability to understand creative briefs and convert them into business opportunities.

 self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

 familiarity with crm tools and basic project documentation.

preferred qualifications:

 bachelors degree in business, marketing, media, or related field.

 prior experience in dealing with schools, publishers, ed-tech companies, or production

houses.

 knowledge of animation production cycles (storyboard, animatic, vo, animation, post- production).
