Position: R&D Executive/Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented and motivated R&D Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the research and development efforts for our IT products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, developers, and design, to drive innovation and ensure that our products stay ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends

Define product requirements based on customer feedback and market insights

Develop and maintain a roadmap for product innovation and enhancements

Collaborate with developers and design teams to develop and launch new products and features

Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing products and recommend improvements

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies

Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts and thought leaders

Strong track record of successfully delivering innovation to the market.

Full software development lifecycle experience including agile methodologies.

Plan, organize, follow-up and assess the team performance and help members grow

Requirements:

Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

2+ years of experience in research and development for IT products

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Be flexible in organizing the work as per the requirements

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Agile methodology and product development processes

Well organized and autonomous

Highly motivated and quick learner

Execute creative concepts that are on strategy.
