position: r&d executive/business analyst

we are seeking a talented and motivated r&d executive to join our growing team. in this role, you will be responsible for leading the research and development efforts for our it products. you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, developers, and design, to drive innovation and ensure that our products stay ahead of the competition.

responsibilities:

• conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends

• define product requirements based on customer feedback and market insights

• develop and maintain a roadmap for product innovation and enhancements

• collaborate with developers and design teams to develop and launch new products and features

• monitor and evaluate the performance of existing products and recommend improvements

• stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies

• develop and maintain relationships with industry experts and thought leaders

• strong track record of successfully delivering innovation to the market.

• full software development lifecycle experience including agile methodologies.

• plan, organize, follow-up and assess the team performance and help members grow

requirements:

• bachelor/master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in research and development for it products

• strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• excellent communication and collaboration skills

• be flexible in organizing the work as per the requirements

• proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• experience with agile methodology and product development processes

• well organized and autonomous

• highly motivated and quick learner

• execute creative concepts that are on strategy.
