Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls professionally

Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively

Maintain service quality and adhere to performance standards

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times

Maintain proper documentation and call records as required

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)

Excellent English communication skills — spoken and written

Comfortable working in night shifts

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM familiarity preferred)
