Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries and support international clients via calls

2. English communication and problem-solving skills.

3. Work night shifts and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

12th or graduate.

Intermediate English communication.

10th passed with good English communication can also apply

Willingness to work night shifts.

Freshers can also apply

Work From Office only.

Location - Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Shift Time - 7:30PM to 4:30AM (US Shift Timing)

5 days working (Alternate Saturday Off & All Sunday Off)

No Pick & Drop Facility - Travelling Allowance will be provided

Salary Bracket :

16,000 - 30,000 per month plus Incentives (Salary would be on the basis of your experience & last drawn)
