We are hiring BPO Executives for a leading International BPO. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth support experience for global clients through voice, chat, or email.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound/outbound customer interactions professionally.

Understand customer issues and provide effective solutions.

Maintain call/chat/email logs and update tickets correctly.

Follow standard processes and maintain quality standards.

Coordinate with internal teams for escalations when required.

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication (verbal & written).

Strong customer service approach and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
