key responsibilities:

manage inbound/outbound customer interactions professionally.

understand customer issues and provide effective solutions.

maintain call/chat/email logs and update tickets correctly.

follow standard processes and maintain quality standards.

coordinate with internal teams for escalations when required.

excellent english communication (verbal & written).
