Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

- to develop and expand a portfolio of clients through focused acquisition.

- assess client business needs and make recommendations, including software support and service packages.

- prepare sales meetings and presentations to pitch products and services.

- demonstrates the crm software to highlight product benefits.

- negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term subscriptions with clients.

- provide technical advice during and after-sales.

- establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals.

- becomes fluent in products and services offered by the employer through testing, demonstrations, and research.

- answers question, describes benefit, and discuss the pros and cons of various competing products and services.

- gain familiarity with the industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products.

skills and qualifications:

masters' degree in computer science or marketing

min 2-3 years experience in sales and marketing
