Job Title: Inside Sales / Outbound Sales Executive Role Summary
We are seeking self-driven, target-oriented individuals to join our Inside Sales team. The role involves lead generation, conversions, and managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
� Source new business through outbound calls, emails, and lead outreach.
� Qualify prospects, understand customer needs, and present or demo products/services.
� Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
� Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline records in CRM or Excel.
� Upsell or cross-sell to existing customers and request referrals to expand the customer base.
Requirements / Candidate Profile
� 0 to 6 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or related roles.
� Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
� Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
� Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
